Return / Refund Policy

ADOPTIONS

Partial refunds are given if the animal is returned to the shelter within 7 business days of the adoption date.  The animal must have been seen by a local veternarian for a general exam, per your adoption contractual agreement, in order for the refund to be issued. Your refund will be given to you in the following 2 forms (1) If you paid by credit card, it will be returned to the card used for the transaction; (2) if you paid by cash or check (if approved), it will be returned to you by a check issued by HHS.  No exceptions.

DONATIONS

We do not offer refunds on donations.  All donation transactions are final.

STORE PURCHASES

We do not offer refunds on store purchases.  If you purchased the item online, we do not refund shipping charges either.  All sales are final.
